35 years, male

Clinical History
35 year old with 2 weeks history of right upper quadrant pain. On CT Scan hydatid cyst of liver and spleen with classical water lily sign.
Imaging Findings
35 year old patient presented with 2 weeks history of right upper abdominal pain. On physical examination he had distention of abdomen with hepatosleenomegaly. His blood results were unremarkable and hence had a CT Scan of abdomen which revealed hydatid cyst of liver and spleen with classical water lily sign.
