Coronal T2WI shows alternating hypointense and hyperintense striations throughout the mass, resembling cerebral gyri (CCP). The mass is attached to the focal hyperostosis localised at the roof of the right maxillary sinus (black arrow), extending into the lateral nasal wall and anterior ethmoidal cells. Retained secretions are noted in the lateralmost portion of the right-sided maxillary antrum.
