Clinical Case
T2 axial, coronal STIR, T1 axial and T1 fat-saturated post-contrast images (1a, 1b, 1c and 1d) reveal T2 intermediate to hyperintense, STIR heterogeneously T1 isointense, enhancing destructive lytic lesion with associated soft tissue component is seen involving right iliac bone, sacral ala, S1 vertebra and sacroiliac joint. STIR hyperintense changes with enhancement of pyriformis, iliacus and gluteal muscles.
